One of the proudest moments of Noel’s life was to be recognized by the city he was born and raised in. The 2014 Kelowna Civic Awards took place in the Spring of 2015 at the Kelowna Community Theatre. Noel had been volunteering for the city since he was 12 years old but in wasn’t until he was an adult that he received recognition. The award was based on Noel’s involvement with MADD, providing opportunity to young musicians, raising money to help sick children at the kelowna General Hospital and more. “I’ll cherish that night for the rest of my life” said Noel.
